Course Policies

Nature of the Activities
OphthalmoClub courses are simulation-based practice sessions conducted in a controlled wet-lab environment. Each session offers structured opportunities to engage with key surgical steps on ex vivo ocular tissue and artificial eye models, under direct supervision and in a small-group format.
Participation in any OphthalmoClub course does not constitute clinical certification, professional qualification, or a formal credential. Surgical skill development requires sustained practice and supervised clinical exposure beyond what any single simulation session can provide.

Registration
Participation is confirmed after submission of the course request form and completion of payment.
Detailed course information and available course dates are shared individually after the initial request.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made up to 30 days before the scheduled course date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the course date are non-refundable.
